ELISA analysis of Human IgA1 with human IgA at a concentration of 50 ng/well. Sample was incubated with Human IgA1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27921) at a dilution of 200 ng/mL, 50 ng/mL, and 10 ng/mL, followed by alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. There was no cross reaction to human IgG, IgM, IgD, or IgE.
